EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase or theres any size issue ann item can be exchanged within 7 days of purchasing and receiving the goods, as long as they are tagged, not used or damaged by the client.

How does this work?
Simply email us at __ and request an exchange or call/whatsapp at the number 03215676989 or message us on our facebook page link and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.

How do I send the item back?Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you email.

What about Shipping Costs?We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases

If the item was damaged when received by the customer
If the wrong item was delivered
If promotional free shipping is being offered.

In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well? Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What about undergarments/accessories?undergarments/ Accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.

what about customized products?
customized products suzh as block printed homw accessories or tutus are made according to specifications provided by the client. we confirm each and every details while booking orders. no exchange or refund will be provided on that.change of mind not applicable.

Please Note:

Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
Tags and labels must be intact.
Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
Inter-category exchange is not allowed.
