Return/Exchange and Claim Policy
Unworn non-discounted garments can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase subject to intact original tags.
No exchange/refund/claim can be made on discounted/sale products.
If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at marked down price.
Sale items cannot be exchanged with new arrivals.
Claim on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
Exchange for sunglasses, shoes,undergarments and accessories will not be entertained due to hygiene reasons.
customzied home accessories and tutu dresses will not be exchanged.
Company’s decisions on claim and exchange will be considered as final.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
The product once purchased will not be returned or exchanged in any circumstances unless the item is damaged or wrong item is delivered.
Customer will bear the shipping cost except in the following cases:
If the item was damaged when received by the customer
If the wrong item was delivered
In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable
All returns and exchanges will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If our quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
Lost Shipping Policy
We keep track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery. We at Riffeens strive to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Leisure Club shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Riffeens may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
